Ok re-uploaded with a couple of fixes, cannon controls now work, and the crash when you press the menu button while in the menu is fixed, I also swapped the start and select keys around, it seems to make a bit more sense that way.

I don't think it was ever updated on the openhandhelds mirror...was it?

Is it updated with the new fixes on the mirror?

This version seems to work considerably better. I'm having problems with Full Throttle though. At the first bike fighting scene, the game crashes when opening the menu. Also, I can punch and kick, but how do I accelerate to get closer to the biker?

update: nm i figured out u go right or left

I've tried just 1min with these games and the new scummvm binary but thinks look really cool now :)
"Inherit the Earth" seems to work faster now and is very playable.
"Broken Sword 2" is working very good.
"Drascula" is still slow.
"Touche..." is working with normal resolution which fits in Dingoo's screen but hangs for me in the intro.
"I have no mouth..." is recognized now and plays well but now I've found its fonts are smaller compared to other games.
My vacation is over so I will have little time to test but I just wanted to point that many games are recognized and playable now and some are even faster than before :)

How well does it play Humongous Entertainment games? (aka adventure games for kids that I play for nostalgia)

Good to hear that some of the other VGA games work, unfortunately the text rendering will be a little small on them as they are being scaled to half the size they are supposed to be. It's doing some interpolation as otherwise the text was completely illegible and I'm not aware of any way to increase the size in all games.

since ScummVM was ported to Dingux, I am thinking what will be if the TV-Out can be run from Dingux? Will then be possible to show a higher resolution on the TV? And even with the current resolution will it be possible to use the TV to see clearly these little things that cannot be seen on the Dingoo's screen?
I am just curious and I think people will enable the TV-Out soon :)

could you recompile ScummVM using the new toolchain released today for the new fat only rootfs?

Does it not work? It's staticly linked so I think it should still work.

[EDIT] Ah I get it now, the new filesystem setup means /root is not writable, I'll have to figure out where to put the files.
