well my question is, would flash 10 be possible via Firmeware update?

I wouldn't say that. If someone can code for the flash 10 thing, then someone will port it. It's just a matter of time.

why do you want it? dingoo has no mouse support. the existing flash implementation is bad.
no button or mousehandling.

unusuable. they write that flash7 is working but my tests verified, that they only support flash6.

They can code at least flash 9 then?
I think flash10 is highly tied to the OS and the graphics drivers so it will be hard to code it for another one.
I think one can use the free open source flash player from Linux and port it. But I don't know what flash versions it is compatible with and it is some steps behind the adobe flash player. :|

nah, flash 7 yeah maybe, some of the best coders that work on the psp officially cant get flash 8 or anything above so flash 10 ahaha thats actually pretty funny.

Flash is very demanding on any system it consumes almost all resources on most advanced computers.
