Suggestion: Dingoo Hero

Postby Neko Sparks on Tue Aug 04, 2009 3:07 pm

It would be a great project if someone knew to do a Guitar Hero's system for the Dingoo or Dingux as a Frets On Fire, which could put any music of Frets on Fire

One way to play it, will use the screen flipped-up

and use:

L = Green
A = Red
X = Yellow
B = Blue
Y = Orange
R = Star Power
Start= Pause

(with option reversed for person left-hander)

And if are possible, to use custom wallpaper too

The system would be similar to

Guitar Hero Flash http://www.gamesx.com.br/jogos/guitar_h ... r_hero.asp

or Guitar Fun of PS2 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sv-43zmDEZw

Don't be ignorant! For more game to play, more people buy the dingoo, and more famous dingoo will be!

If you don't like guitar hero, it isn't no problem for that like it. I like guitar hero, and if is possible to play a system similar of guitar hero in dingoo, I'll like it more that I like now!

Well so long the dingoo isn't going to look like some DS rip-off. That is not cool :(

Look it's one thing to request a port of a piece of software, another to request that someone programme an entire game!

Frets of fire is way to demanding to simply be ported, according to the specs, so you are talking about months and months of work for a programmer either somehow getting it to work or starting from scratch.

So like I said, dream on, this ain't gonna happen. Not to mention I can't think of a more ill suited console for this.

Play D-Pad hero on the nes emulator and enjoy it.

...uhm, and I the only one who thinks that D-Pad Hero is actually cool? It almost looks like a hoax (think DOOM on the Atari2600). Personally, I plan on checking it out... and enjoying it!

@Neko Sparks:
Seriously though, if you think that the Dingoo would be a great console for some Timing/Rhythm/Action Games, try to create one. Most programmers gained their knowledge by just such a project... if it doesn't exist, create it!
...and then share it with all of us. ^_^
