As said before: FretsOnFire would be WAY to much for the little dingoo. Even if someone would write a 2d-video-renderer (that I think would be a generally very good idea) for it and optimise it enough to run on dingoo, the controls would still kill all the fun about it.
You can just test it out. Install fretsOnFire on your pc, connect a joypad with similar controls to the dingoo and configure it. That won't be no fun at all!

On the other side, it might be possible to use all the songs and midi-files for a whole different game concept in the future. Maybe a jump'n'run or a vertical shooter with music-synchronity? sounds amazing, doesn't it? BUT you will have to find a developer with the skills and interest and those typically allergic to demanding and cool noob ideas ^^
