Oh I knew that ;D

btw, HELL YEAH IS IT FAST!

Tried Rocket Knight Adventures, Gunstar Heroes, Shinobi 3, Pulseman... everything just worked full speed without any problem, now that's what I call the Dingoo's second killer app :D

Think I'll record some footage tomorrow, and definitely gonna be adding this :D

This emulator is really something else, thanks.

Because of the high quality of this port, i'm really curious what your next project might be?

If you go into the options menu you can enable 6 button support. You'll have to map the buttons yourself in the configure keys section, and make sure you un-map the save/load state buttons in the general section. Played some SF2:CE with it earlier, works perfectly!

I think you should use:

Executable = "./PicoDrive.dge"
WorkDir = "/usr/local/emulators/picodrive/"

BTW Picodrive is great... megadrive games are almost always fullspeed no frameskip...
MegaCD is a little slower, but honestly it's not what I'm interested in...

Have fun!!!

MenuItem PicoDrive
{
Icon = "res/emulators/genesis.png"
Name = "PicoDrive"
Executable = "./picodrive"
WorkDir = "/usr/local/emulators/picodrive/picodrive.dge"
Selector = yes
}

Edit: OOps! I'm a little late the problem was already solved... oh well...

Thanks for the help nonetheless ;)
Btw the only two Genesis games so far I've seen that needed Frameskip were OutRun and Ghouls 'n Ghosts, and those run quite well with Auto Frameskip.

So, I installed Picodrive the first time and it ran Popful Mail very well. Now, after updating with a pack it doesn't play that game anymore..other games (including SegaCD games) still work. I have tried everything and have even reformatted and replaced the original (working) backup on the card again and Popful Mail just hangs at SegaCD loading screen forever.

I tried many different config options and nothing makes a difference. After a while the red LED light indicator begins to blink and continues blinking indefinitely.

Also, when looking at terminal after this occurence there is something about the emu going into a loop and gp2x sound options.
