Have you ordered black version or the white one? I'm waiting for DX to get the black version in stock again to make my order... And when did you put the order?

I ordered the white ones, but I'm assuming that both shipments will come in around the same time
july 25th is the date they expect a new shipment to arrive.

But they say that they have the white one in stock ( Typically ships in 2 to 5 business days* )
And the black one is still (Back Ordered Back Ordered).

How did you get the information that they will get black one in stock after july 25th? It's a long time to wait and i'm getting impatient so i just might get myself a white one...

Does DX has some email to which i can send my questions to and expect an answer to them in some decent timeframe?

I ordered the white Dingoo (thinking it was in stock) but my order got stuck afther "packaging" so I filed a support ticket
Hi, my order shows "Processing - Contact us for the latest update."
What is the current status of my order? It's been in "packaging" for 2days, and suddenly changed to this. What's the problem?

Dear Davy,

SKU20217 is currently unavailable. Would you like to pick up something else on our website? We can help you to make a change in the order.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Have a good day!

Best regards,
Janmee

First of all, do you have any idea when this specific SKU will be back in stock?
Second, could you please hold the the other items from that order back until you can ship everything at once?
And last, please update the page of the product, it's not very good advertisement if you list an item as in stock but don't have it.

Dear Davy,

1)SKU20217 should be in stock on 7/25/2009.

2)Yes,we can send all the items in a package as you need.

3)Sorry we will accept your suggestion and make our website update in time.

Thanks for your support with DX.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Have a good day!

Best regards,
Janmee

they are not talking about the black ones, but seeing as how the product is basically the same item, from the same supplier, I'm assuming both will be back in stock july 25

now let's get back on topic :p OpenLiero :p

Don't mean to bump a topic that is a few pages behind (Its better than making a topic to answer a simple question), but, I'm wondering how you go about putting custom maps in here. I have 1 custom map from OpenLieroX. its a .LEV file, and all my other custom maps are .LXL files. only .LEVs work.
I tried renaming the extensions but all it does is corrupt the level making it have garbled garbage on the screen.
Is there a way to convert the file over to .LEV

AFAIK maps from OpenLieroX won't work with OpenLiero (they are both totally different games, just with similiar names). OpenLieroX gameplay differs so much, that the maps are not compatibile with the original Liero (what OpenLiero is reverse engineered version of).

hello, it doesn't work on my dingux. I see following message:
Free XMS memory: OVER 4000 k Loading sounds...EXCEPTION: Could not open 'LIERO.SND'

Any ideas?
