Snes9x-rr (rr stands for rerecording.)
Although it focuses on helping users to expand features related to creating Tool-Assisted movies. It adds certain features, especially to the sound core. Plus it's based on the Snes9x 1.43 source code. I hope it's possible, many Dingoo emulation enthusiast really wanted an emulator that can run certain games, such as Mega Man X2- X3, Star Ocean and etc.
