carlito, you don't need the native sdk, just see flatmush posts on others sections about doing dev on native os without sdk, here :
guide-how-to-compile-apps-for-dingoo-native-os-without-sdk-t814.html

And yes, i think it can be a good idea to have a native gb/gbc emu for dingoo os, if you need help, i'm here ^^
