Noobish questions about Dingoo A320, help!

Hello to all! I'm new ^^

Well, the questions I have are:

- How do you install new firmwares on Dingoo a320?
- How do you install roms on Dingoo a320?
- Can you install those using a Mac?
- Can you charge battery on a Mac? (with usb cable, of course)
- What are the materials used to make Dingoo? How it feels touch the console?
