Dingoo A320 forum

My Dingoo disconnects from USB while transfering Files...
Then sometimes it only seems to work at USB 1.1 speed?
I'm using XP SP3
My memorycard is a Sandisk 16GB micro SDHC card with Sandisk mini SD convertor

Anyone else with this problem?

Yes, i have USB 2.0, but when i connect my Dingoo simetimes i get the following message:

This device can work faster on USB 2.0 (roughly translated from Dutch )

Then, when i reconnect the Dingoo, it does work at full USB 2.0 speed, but sometimes disconnects while transfering files to it

reinstall your drivers for the device? Most of the times Windows handles this flawlessly though. What type of computer is it? If bought pc/laptop: what brand/model? If custom built: What is your motherboard's model and manufacturer?

It's a custom build pc, my mainboard make is Asus model: M3N-HD/HDMI
It works perfectly with other USB 2.0 devices, only my Dingoo's connection sometimes act's strange

try another cable, that might help.

Happens to me as well sometimes, but I'm on an iMac. Does not happen with the miniSD because I have a separate card reader.

EDIT: When it happens, it says that you might need additional credentials to move the files. The Dingoo screen stays in USB mode anyway, but I can't copy until I reconnect the device. My card is a MaxFlash 4 GB microSDHC with a miniSD adapter.

I also suggest trying another USB cable as someone already mentioned.

I think the included USB cable is crap. I had connection problems all the time. Then I used another USB cable I had from a camera and I haven't had any connection/transfer problems ever since.

The included USB cable is only good for charging.
