Team Dingoo fromt the Unofficial Dingoo Support Site has released his 1st Custom Firmware for the Dingoo.

As with anything of this nature you can download and apply the new firmware at your own risk as their is a possibility that it may brick your precious A320.

HISTORY:
09 april 2009:
The worlds first custom Dingoo firmware release.
Moved system files from hidden memory to visible memory location
/system/font
/system/res/system/code

FEATURES:
* Possible to add or change custom themes ( all visuals customizable )
* Fonts can be changed or added

I wont be installing it myself but if you do make sure you report back here.

Two people used a new recovery tool from Dingoo team and say they succeeded to recover a Dingoo after a firmware update failure but one on this forum should try it too - just in case

Will be cool to add the overclocking option in the firmware too
Man, I should not talk about Dingoo hacks before getting the device

Hi there just wanted to say I have installed the custom firmware and restored back to original firmware and back to custom so don't worry about bricking your device.I have also tried some themes they look great and I am really looking farward to the next custom firmware from team dingoo.I also wanted to ask the team dingoo crew is it possible to boot os from memory card if we copy the system folder over to mini sd card along with game folder is this possible?.anyways thanks for a great firmware hope to see many more soon with special features bye for now.

Would be great if you could get some photos of the custom themes actually running on the Dingoo.

There is an issue with this modified FW, .swf flash animations don't work

yes i can confirm that to i couldnt get swf files to work they simply dont respond when opened.
