320 x 240 is the best - all the ones listed should be the correct resolution as it matches lots of Cellphones

Put them in the Pictures folder of your Dingoo, then when you goto picture viewer select your PIC and select A to again to bring up the picture menu which gives you the option of using it as your wallpaper on the Dingoo.
